Another Treat

We had a little get together over the weekend and I made this cake using the Cocoa Mocha Frosting recipe here. It was really good. I had to increase the recipe because I had a three layer cake (notice how it resembles the Leaning Tower of Pisa). I also used mocha syrup instead of the coffee and skipped the salt, but it tasted great.

It turned out to be a really nice day and we spent some of the time sitting in the backyard, where we were visited by this brave little furry soul.Squirrel Meets Frog It may be hard to see here, but he was carrying an acorn in his mouth. I don’t think he appreciated my garden statuary - maybe he thought the frog wanted his acorn?
