PEI

I put some pictures of my trip to Prince Edward Island on Flicker and put the widget for the pictures in my sidebar. Scroll down on the right to see it. TGH and I went there about a year and a half ago. My friend Merri mentioned going there on her blog and it reminded me of all the great scenery there so I figured I’d share the pics I have. If anyone else has any to share, feel free to enlighten us!

Beautiful photos! Looks like you all had perfect weather. It’s cool you got a shot of the pretty little flowers, I’d do that.
Great photos!! I’d love to visit more places in Canada … one day?!
Blaqberry - My pics don’t do the little flowers justice either. They were a very pretty, delicate shade of purple against that beautiful red soil - it was breathtaking. I’m sure they were probably some kind of weed but they looked incredible.
Hannah - me too! There are so many places to explore in Canada and TGH and I only touched the tip of the iceburg! I want to go back!!
Not to be too technical, but some of the pics are from New Brunswick. Don’t forget people can also comment on each picture in Flickr (as someone already has).
TGH is right of course, and I have now turned comments at Flickr off. I would rather only “meet” people through the blog and respond to comments here (at least for now - that is all I can handle - LOL)
Hi Teeni! I love the photos! I remember that amazing red earth..very cool.
It makes me want to go back!
I see a lot of interesting things on your blog..(trots off to read..lol)
Oh, I’ve seen those kind of flowers before, quite pretty they are. Don’t know if they are weeds…could be! Many weeds will sprout the prettiest flowers if left alone. I can imagine what those must have looked like in person, against the red.
LOL - Those flowers could actually be flowers. It would just be my luck though to post out here that they were flowers and then have someone who actually knows better correct me and say they were just weeds! So I played it safe and just assumed they were weeds. But hey some of the prettiest “flowers” grow on weeds and they should have their pictures taken too!
I’ll have to check them out…my rents went there a few years ago…they loved it!
