For those of you who are interested in purchasing only non-genetically modified foods, here is a great link to remember when you go food shopping! It explains the numbers you see on those annoying food stickers so you will know what you are buying.

    thanks for posting this link. i remember watching part of a documentary about GMO. they showed this farmer who grew organic canola and some government farm that grew GM canola. the government’s canola would get blown into the wind and land on the organic farmer’s crop and take over. the organic canola was no match for the GM canola.

    Scarey - even when you actively try to avoid it, it can be nearly impossible! That same site that I linked to encourages people to write letters to their politicians to straighten out labelling issues and other issues so that these things don’t happen. I am going to see about writing a letter myself.
