Plant Baby - Baby Shower

Time for a little fun!
I’m throwing myself a little party. It’s a baby shower for the plant babies that my spider plant, Floyd, has finally produced. I’d love it if you could come. If you are reading this, then you are invited!!!! 
But you MUST bring a gift for the plant babies. This can be any simple graphic of your own design, your own photo, or a photo from a free site. The image must be family friendly, of course, and it must relate somehow to the plants and their well-being. For example, in the original post’s comment section, my niece handed me a bottle of mountain spring water with a bow around it (which gave me this whole idea so you can blame her for feeding my creative imagination, LOL). See how creative you can be. I will reveal all the “gifts” in a future post. For now, just use the E-Mail Me tab at the top of this site to send me your graphic or the location of your image. Also please “sign the guestbook” by leaving a comment!
This “baby shower” will be accepting “gifts” for two weeks from the time of this post (to allow time for anyone who is creating their own graphic).
EDIT - Gift Registry - Here are some things my plant babies might like. If you could provide me with an image or the location of an image for any of these things, they will count as your shower gift: A watering can, a hanging basket, fertilizer or Miracle Grow, a plant stand, a sunny window, etc. You can take it from there. Just wanted to give you some ideas.

Congratulations on the new babies! Maybe you should have a baby naming contest as part of the baby shower too - this coming from a non-graphic creating sort of person (read no idea how to create a graphic).

Kami - you don’t have to create a graphic. A photo or free image from any free image site will work too. I’d just need the location of the image you pick for the plant babies’ gift! Feel free to join the party!

Heather, I don’t know what to name the babies. First I’m hoping they will survive long enough for me to find new homes for them. LOL. If they do, I’d like to give them to some of my nieces and nephews. The only name I can think of that rhymes with Floyd is Lloyd though. If you can think of some let me know!

Aww, Mark - it just won’t be a party without you or Calamty! If you just locate an image on a free stock photo site such as http://www.morguefile.com then all you need to do is email me the location (displayed in the address bar, copy and paste it using the right mouse button) of the image and I’ll take it from there. I do hope you will try to make it! I plan to have more of these little parties!

Hey teeni, I’m definately in…I have a picture for you, but my computer (circa 1999 by the way…nice!) is so full that I have to clear some of the pictures out before I can load anymore. So, I’ll be sending my shower gift in the next few days.

Oooo - I never thought of that. Um, where does one look to figure that out? I can see between their leaves but um, I don’t really see anything that would make them look masculine or feminine. They just kinda look green. (This is probably why most of my plants don’t survive). Let’s just assume I have at least one of each. LOL. And the third one is just…um, one or the other. I hope THAT answers the question.

Yes! A boy, a girl and an indeterminate. That is about as real life as you can get. But they are all my plant grandchildren and will be treated and loved equally as such. LOL.
