Let’s Play Another Game!
Posted on September 26, 2007 - Filed Under Games, Just for Fun
I’m working on a meme that Heather tagged me with so while I’m getting that ready for posting - let’s play another game!
The last game we played ended up with 86 responses! Pretty good. Can we do better than that? I think so. This time lets try to name television shows that were named after people (doesn’t have to be a real person). This was suggested in the comments section of the last game by Heather and I think it’s a great idea. Let’s beat 86!
If you are new here or just have never commented before, feel free to join in! The more, the merrier! ![]()
I’ll start with: ***Note - this post edited to add and alphabetize readers additions - so far we’ve got 92:
UPDATE: I found a couple of submissions that had been caught in my spam filter - after adding them in and deleting duplicates, we are now at 196 entries! Hoo-Yah!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are GOOOOOOOOOOOOOD! You guys are awesome!!!! Well, either that or you watch way too much television! Either way - Yay Teeni Readers!

My 30 shows got eaten by WordPress and I’m too lazy to type them again. Maybe later.
Sorry, honey - I don’t know but I think WordPress had a hiccup or something when you tried sending that comment last night.

Ooo- Another good one! The good ol’ Duke boys. Can you say “hot?”

Smurf is TOTALLY their last name!

I was wondering if you would question that one… guess I am getting to know you - hee hee!
WHOWHOOOOOOOOO! 90! We rock!
I like to tease sometimes but only when I think someone can take it and knows I’m only joking. I’ve already picked up that you have a good sense of humor so yeah, I had to give you a hard time about Smurfs. You know I once had their stupid little “la-la” song stuck in my head for about a year because my niece used to watch them so much and I’d keep catching myself humming or whistling it. It drove me nuts! So I guess I also have a little issue with the blue guys. LOL.
Teeni readers are the smartest, funniest people!

I DO have the best readers. That is one thing I DO NOT joke about! Mine are the best. Too bad for the rest! Yay, Teeni Readers - Go Team!
Punky Brewster
Oh oh, one more….
The Fresh Prince at Bel-Air
Kami, you go girl! I’m adding them!

I’ll be by to check it out after I sort through my new comments here, Kaylee. But glad to hear you are doing allright today.
Far out - we are AWESOME at this game!!!
You need to do games like this once a week, Teeni. Seriously!!!
Oh, that would be easy enough. My brain churns these silly things out like play dough through a fuzzy pumper barber shop. LOL. That’s right, Hannah - you have a thing for lists, don’t you? This is right up your alley! I’ll try to make the next one a little harder and we’ll see where that goes.
*Matlock! Is Matlock not on the list yet? I remember my grandmother loved that show!
*Wonder Woman
*The Greatest American Hero
*Muppet Babies
Whew! Fantastic list going here folks!

Yay, Melsie! Nice adds! I’m putting them on the list!
I tried to give New Zealand some love by including the Flight of the Conchords, but teeni said group names didn’t count.
Herman’s Head
Joe’s Apartment
LOL. Sorry, Mr. Technical, but it only works if it is also their last name.
I still love you though! Adding these to the list!
Kaylee - of course that includes you and by funny I mean with great senses of humour! It’s all good!
I am 100% in agreement with Hannah - once a week Teeni. This is too much fun not to continue.
