Bad Baby Names Game Results

Posted on January 7, 2008 - Filed Under Games, Just for Fun, My Sick Humor

This post is NOT rated for general audiences. This post is the list of the bad baby names we came up with from this previous post. Now I can share this with my sister-in-law, who is expecting, to be sure that I don’t end up with a niece or nephew with a funny name. Thanks to everyone who put on their thinking caps and participated in this. Some of these are made up and some are real names. Some of them are not for the devout so you are hereby duly warned. Look away if you must. And here they are in no particular order:

Love that list I got lazy and forgot all about it after being sick and all sorry! Wait you are expecting another niece? I think you have enough nieces and nephews now ;) In all seriousness yes make sure doesn’t name them one of those names :P
LOL. I knew what you meant, Kaylee but I fixed the typos for you anyway. And yes, I have enough nieces and nephews but there are always room for more. I had a sister-in-law get married last year so now she has to catch up and have some kids to add to the family. LOL. And fortunately, she really already has named the baby - so we’re just waiting for her to be born. :)

Now you have me all curious on the name LOL! ;)

Okay, the funniest ones are the ones that are real names…

    Ima Hogg.

    SERIOUSLY!

Imagine the hayday the kids at school would have with that one especially if she was unlucky enough to be a heavier girl.

    Yikes.

Oh, yes and kids can be mean to each other, not realizing how much it hurts the others. So yeah, that is a horrible one.

Yep there sure are some pretty bad names there! And obviously your readers have quite good imaginations!! I tried to think of some but came up with … NADA! Not like me at all, I usually love these games. Oh well, perhaps next time!

Okay, now I can just imagine a few days down the road the next post on strange search expressions. You’ve really primed the pump with this one. ;) Very interesting post! ;)

Oh, and the first name “Ima” is just asking for trouble, really! So many potential issues there!

I definitely agree with you, Hannah! That is asking for trouble. Every baby name should be spoken out loud like five times in a row to test it first. LOL

That skedaddle post was from me. I had logged into wordpress using an old log-in and forgout to log out. Oops. ;)
Oh, thanks for that, Mike. I’m glad you filled me in. I think you are right though - I can imagine how interesting the next round of search terms might be. LOL. Oh - that reminds me, I already have another batch saved up to post.

Misty Bush LOL. Very funny, mine not on there? boo hoo. Nevermind, fun as to read!!!

Oh my goodness, Hay! I’m so sorry - adding yours right now! I have them in my email and I had planned to add them as soon as I received them from you but I must have gotten distracted. I’m so bad these days with the short attention span. Again, my apologies and I’m putting them in RIGHT NOW!

Lol, all good Teeni, no problem at all :o) xxxx

    Thanks, Hay! :)

shoot, i forgot to submit the name of my old Typing Teacher from high school, Valentine Ball. No joke.

Oooh - that’s a good one. I’m adding it to the list anyway. I figure it’s never too late cuz you never know who may come back and read these later. You know, like some future civilization or something, and I wouldn’t want them to miss something like that. ;) LOL

  11. VeggieGirl (91 comments.) on January 8th, 2008 12:27 pm

haha!!!! that’s hiliarious - my favorite HAS to be the nun name :0D

  12. VeggieGirl (91 comments.) on January 8th, 2008 12:28 pm

oh!! I should have added the names of my 8th grade English teacher’s daughters - Brandy and Champagne. No joke.

LOL. Is it just me or do English teachers all over have a great affinity for the alcoholic spirits? ;) I’ll add Brandy and Champagne to the list as well.

Love ‘em. But I guess the peeps with those names don’t!

Yes, I wonder how the real people deal with those names or if they go by nicknames or something? Very interesting. ;)

  14. kaylee2 (133 comments.) on January 8th, 2008 7:37 pm

Your last two posts have reminded me that I need to think of another game to start on my blog :)

  15. Steve Mills (1 comments.) on January 8th, 2008 8:47 pm

    Haha very funny. Good stuff

Glad you got a kick out of it Steve! Welcome to The Vaguetarian Tea Room. Friendly faces are always welcome here. Feel free to drop in any time - I always try to have something fun going on around here. :)

I think the ones that are real are even the worst: “Ima Hogg”, “Dick Trickle”..hahaha….what a great laugh, thanks for posting this! :-)
Glad you got a laugh out of them. Yeah, those really are the worst. LOL

  17. Melsie (53 comments.) on January 10th, 2008 4:08 pm

Apple should’ve been on here!! Missed the boat though. Or Phinneous. I could never name my kids these names.

Yeah, a lot of celebrities come up with the weirdest names. Maybe that can be a game I do here in the future - weird names that celebrities gave to their kids. What do you think? ;) And yeah, I couldn’t even name my pets some of the stuff they come up with! LOL

  18. writerchick (47 comments.) on January 13th, 2008 11:41 pm

definitely x rated baby names - yoiks, and I thought you were so innocent. Muwahahahahaha. Very funny.
    Annie

LOL. Me innocent? Not everything is as it appears. But I AM a nice person. That part is true. And I do try to maintain a family friendly site for the most part. Sometimes I have to be a little evil though. It’s like a bad gene or something. ;)

Hi Teeni - thought I would drop you this one - because it’s real! I met her a couple of years ago at a playgroup and even then the mother was laughing her head off about it…. She figured as she had become Mrs. Christmas they might as well have fun with the kids too… and I kid you not, eldest daughter: Mary Christmas.

    poor thing!

Hi Scrappydo! Welcome to the Vaguetarian Tea Room! Oh, that is a good one. I will add it to the list. Thanks for joining in! :D
