I was recently honored to receive another award. This one is from my friend Witchypoo (sorry this is so late). She presented the award to me in this very interesting post. Although I couldn’t trace this one back to where it originated (if you are the originator, please contact me and I will be happy to link you here), I’m still happy to receive it. The byline “will always stand by you,” is a great way to be thought of! Thank you so much, Witchypoo! I will treasure it.

true blue award Just as I was finishing up the post for the above award, I found I had received another! Tish at the Kat House presented me with this lovely award. It originated with Dawn here and was created to recognize bloggers who always give encouragement and positive feedback to other bloggers. Thanks Tish! I really do try to be encouraging and positive. Because I’m watching the Superbowl right now with TGH, I am going to put off passing these awards on just yet (I know, how selfish of me!) I will get to it in a few days I hope. So be on your best behavior! One of these may be coming your way!

Congrats on your awards! Hope you have having fun watching the Superbowl. I think that sounds like a fun way to spend a Sunday
Arrrggh! The New England Patriots lost. In the last few seconds. TGH is NOT happy. But we had fun eating the treats we prepared.

I’m gonna scoop the image and stash it my ownself. I got the award from Veronica, maybe we can trace it back from there. I think it’s a good idea to put on your awards page who you did give iit to. But not tonight. I’m tired. Hope the spam filters don’t put me in comment jail.

Oh, that is a great idea to say who you awarded it to. I will have to think about that - I may have a lot of homework going for me if I do that. But it would be nice and I’ll certainly consider it. Thanks for the link for the bigger picture. It is pretty so I want to show it off a little more.

Well, to be honest, I don’t really understand football but it was nice to just have an evening in with the hubby. I imagine TGH is not too happy though since our team didn’t win. Oh well. At least they got to play the game.

LOL. Yeah, I guess I do have a little of that tormenting bug in me. But it is all meant in a good way. Think of it this way - I only torment those I love. If I didn’t torment you then you would miss me. **smiles hopefully** But I think it’s really my little meez that bugs you the most. heehee.

So, guess who had the superbowl on yesterday…. ME!! The one that just realized it was taking place in her freaking state..

So I thought the commercials would be better but the end of the game was good- nathan, my non sports loving guy was even yelling at the TV. I listened to the game as I was sewing.. So did you team win?

Nope - Even though I am not a big sports fan, I legally have to root for the Patriots cuz I live in New England. LOL. They lost with only seconds left in the game. Very sad. But, I guess that means about as much to you as it does to me. LOL. Doesn’t sound like you were all that into it yourself.

Yes it does! I was going to come back and comment about the little missy. I decided against it. Since you went there, hey Meez throw the football already before I toss you through the field goal! I feel better.

LOL. I’m glad you feel better. You can take your frustrations out on my meez any old time you need to. Personally I wish they could lengthen the animation because at the meez site, they actually do more than they can once you export them to your blog. Maybe they will work on that since they just did a survey not long ago asking what people wanted to see most - I bet a lot of people chose to lengthen the animation.

Yes there is a note about why the animations are so much shorter when on a web or blog page; sounds like they are trying to fix it!
I am trying to find animations which are shorter anyway as it is annoying picking a good one only to have it show about 1/10th of the action..lol
Ok I won’t suck up..but think you are one of the nicest people here in blog land and well deserving of awards.

Oh yes, it is frustrating when you see that only a small amount of movement actually makes it to your blog. Aww - that’s not sucking up if it is sincere. Somehow I don’t think you are the type to say if it you don’t mean it so it means a lot to me! Thanks, Merri! And hugs right back at you!

Thank you, Zoe! I guess you’re not a Pats fan. I’m not a big football fan anyway so I really am not that upset by all this. But it is funny to see how so many people take it to heart when their favorite teams lose or how much they gloat when they win. LOL. We all really are just kids at heart, I think.
