Party Time at the Tea Room!

Tea party at the tea room! Tea party at the tea room! I can’t believe I haven’t had a tea party here before! But guess what? That is how I’d like to celebrate having 50,000 visits to the tea room. It’s approaching fast! And of course, I’d love for all of you to join me at this party even if you haven’t been to one of my parties before. This is an open invitation. In other words, if you are reading this then you are invited! You don’t need to know me and you don’t need to have a blog or your own website to attend.
Gaining entrance to this party is simple. All you need to do is bring an image of some tea, a tea accessory, a tea condiment, a tea cup, a tea set; well, you get the idea. It can be your own photo, your own graphic design, or a photo from a free photo sharing site (no copyrighted images, please - let’s keep it legal and respect the creative license of others) . Also, it must be a family friendly image and somehow related to tea. That’s it! It’s kind of like a virtual scavenger hunt. If you don’t know how to get an image - see my post on how to shop for a plant baby - baby shower here.
Just use the Email Me tab at the top of this blog to send me the graphic or the location of the image (this will keep it secret until the reveal). And don’t forget to “sign the guestbook” by leaving a comment. I’ll reveal the results of the tea party in a future post in about a week! To get an idea you can visit my Parties tab at the top of this page (for some reason it is hidden under the search box so mouse over there and you’ll find it) and see how my pajama party and my plant baby - baby shower turned out (some of those graphics may be missing now because of my Flickr space limit).

LOL - You don’t need to drink tea to come to the tea party! You just need to find a tea-related picture somewhere. And you know what, you should go out to tea at a tea parlour sometime even if you don’t order tea - just order all the goodies that go along with it! They are so scrumptious and believe me, you won’t regret it. I swear sometimes it is the little sandwiches and pastries that I like the best and who cares about the tea? LOL
