I’ve received the Chatty award from LadyThinker at “And Who Cares!” Can you believe it? Me? Chatty? LOL.

And though it might sound a little snitty at first, it really is quite an honor to receive this because as LadyThinker explains, “I feel I would enjoy a cup of tea and a good chat with any of the above (award winners).” Now if that isn’t a compliment, I don’t know what is. Thank you so much, Lady Thinker! I would love to share some chat and a cup of tea with you anytime! :)
I’d like to pass on the Good Chat blog award to the following people. Although I’d love to chat with all of you, these recipients were chosen because I remember having had nice chats in their comments areas:

Joan - It’s always a fun trip to Joan’s place and you never know what will be going on over there.

Beth - A great place to sit and drink you hot beverage of choice while viewing gorgeous photos.

Red - A creative and slightly racey place to go and keep the heart pumping and the smiles a coming. Plus she has really catchy post titles. :)

Hannah - Visiting Hannah’s site is like visiting a friend in real life. You get a little view of her family, her creativity, and always a sense of caring. You always feel welcome and that you could stay for hours and chat up a storm.

Hay - Another site that like visiting a friend in real life, but you also get to enjoy Hay’s fantastic candid photography talent. :)

Talina - I love visiting Talina - she is one very busy chica and has many interests so you could visit over and over and never get bored.

Witchypoo - I would love to sit and chat with Witchypoo for a while and hear all about her adventures. But I’d also always be wondering if she could read my mind. Anyway, I feel safe visiting her virtual home. :)

Writerchick - WriterChick is another fun visit and you never know what to expect over there. Jokes, political rants, or just a great piece of her writing. Never a dull moment.

And Tish because with an alternate name of ChattieKat, how can I not include her? ;) - Tish has a lot going on at her blog too. There are lots of humorous stories of her bad dating experiences (sorry Tish, I’m not so sure they are humorous to YOU), as well as stories about her possessed television and some really cute old pictures. ;) Gentleman, please check out her hotness and let’s find her a nice guy.

This next award, from my buddy Witchypoo, goes to my entire blogroll because, d’uh - if you’re on my blogroll it’s because I less-than-three your blog already!!!! That’s right, I heart your blog. Now take this little gem and award it to those blogs that you heart too! :)

As with memes, there is never any pressure from me for these awards. If you can’t get around to doing anything with it, that’s fine by me. Just please know that I did think of you when I presented it and please take a copy of the award if you are able (keep it hidden in your closet - I’ll never know). Maybe you will get around to presenting someone else with it sometime in the future. :) Oh, and Diva, please make sure you get yours before they run out because Witchypoo did want you to have one and all. :) :) :)

    Aw, thank you Teeni. I love being chatty with you .. ya know, I miss our late night chats/Scrabble games .. Im not as much of a night owl as I once was.

    Hey Ms. Red - I miss you too! I’ve been trying to go to bed earlier myself because it’s really been messing with me. I’m glad to see you are too. It’s probably healthier to go to bed before 1:00 a.m. every night. But hey - we can play email scrabble anytime. I’ll start a new one up if you’re game!

    Why thank you dear Teeni. Please know that I would no sooner read anyone’s mind than I would their mail. I consider it very rude. You don’t have to be a mind reader to know that I <3 you.

    That’s what I love about you, Witchypoo! You have such unusual gifts but the best and rarest of them all is your class! :) :) :) You know, except for when you’re blogging about fart bubbles and stuff. LOL

    Thanks MacBros - you know you can do a little male Meez of yourself. They are a lot of fun. Check my blogroll and see Paige’s blog - she has one of her fiance as well as herself on her blog. And I think the plural of Meez is Meezi but that’s just a guess. ;)

    Wow, I’ve never received an award before. Thank you so much for thinking of me. I really am very chatty. The problem with me is the more I talk the more excited I get. The more excited I get THE LOUDER I GET AND MY KIDS HAVE TO TELL ME TO QUIET DOWN!!!

    So you all should be happy you can’t actually hear me or you’d all be wearing ear plugs. I’m even louder on the phone.

    That’s why when I’m alone it’s so quiet because I’m not talking.

    I can’t even make short comments.

    Well I’ve got peeps now, so I have peeps to pass it on to. I always wondered what my son was talking about when he said he had peeps. I thought he meant chickens.

    HA! Joan, I do the same thing as you with my long comments. You are too funny. Awesome that I am the first to give you an award. I’m surprised you haven’t had tons of them already. Whenever I hear “peeps” I always think of those horrible little marshmallow Easter treats! YEEEEE-UCK! Some people love ‘em. Not me! Nuh-uh. No way, no how. ;)

    teeni, you always have such good ideas!
    I love the vision you give us of the kitties happily following you around!
    Our kitty loved to play and was very active, but we had to make sure to play with her daily as when they get older it is TOO easy to slow down(just like people..lol)
    She loved chasing a flashlight light(JUST like a laser I guess)
    She would also chase a tennis ball, and bring it back to us(by sort of dribbling it with her paw..lol)
    VERY like a small dog that way..lol! :)
    Thanks, Merri! I love how some cats have very doglike traits. It’s funny what you can learn about your pets and how each one, even within their species has their own personality.
