Teeni Comes Clean

Posted on July 14, 2008 - Filed Under Interview

I haven’t forgotten to reveal my project! But before I do, I have more to reveal! You’ll remember that I mentioned that Anonymum was featuring interviews with different bloggers over at her place. Well, today you can see the interview she did with yours truly if you so desire. As I mentioned, it is another of those “more than you want to know about me” things and you know I can ramble on. So if you feel you can stand it, just wander over to The Nook of Oz and you’ll see me come clean about a few things. Bring your beverage of choice and enjoy the comfort of Anonymum’s nook for a bit! She’s a true hearted blogging buddy who will make you feel right at home. :)

You are coming clean…I am scared to read the interview.. :D

Scared? You? Nah - you know most of this stuff about me already and then some. :)

Wow! That must have taken a lot of time to do. That was really nice of you to take the time to help out.

I did one of those awhile back. I don’t think I will in the future.

Actually, once I started writing, it kind of flowed right out of me and didn’t take long. I don’t know that I helped her any, but I’m sure it helped me to get some stuff off my chest and do it in a different blog environment other than my own. Where did you do yours and why don’t you think you’d do it again I wonder?

Hi, I enjoyed reading your interview.

Thanks so much, Widdle, and welcome to the Vaguetarian Tea Room. I just went and paid you a return visit! :)

Love ya heaps, girl … you are so inspiring and wonderful, I’m so glad to call you my friend. And proud of how brave you are!

Aw, thanks Hannah! You are too kind and I think all those same things about you!! :) :) :)

Been there, done that, loved it. ;) Great job. :)

Thanks, Spidey. I commend you if you were able to read it all the way through. :)

I love your Meez. I left a comment there but I have to leave on here too. That was a great interview. I got to know you even better. I loved your openness and honesty. One of my customers was on a 100% raw food diet. I don’t think I could do that. But on second thought I guess if I had to I would. Are you familiar with the parabens they put in bath and body care products? If not we need to talk.

LOL - I knew you would notice my Meez! That one even had me cracking up! Thanks about the interview. I don’t know if I could do 100% raw either but I will tell you that I feel loads better healthwise when I incorporate lots of raw fruits and veggies in my diet. And we are definitely going to talk some parabens soon! I was just reading up a bit on them and I know I can get more good info from you.

Great interview, hon. I’m hearing more about people turning to vegetarianism because of health issues all the time. It is hard to stick to the raw food though. I’m just trying to go closer to vegan (less dairy in other words).

Thanks about the interview, Honeywine! I’m glad you liked it and I have to thank you if you were able to read the whole thing through - I know I can get wordy at times. LOL. Oh, yeah - I think it would be hard to be entirely raw. I don’t know if I’m able to do that. But I just will try to keep eating lots of raw veggies when I can. I think we each have to do what we can and the closer you can get the better. I don’t ever want anyone to think I’m preachy about this stuff, but you know, it’s just hard to not want to share information that you think is good or might help others with their health but it’s only because I care and want everyone to feel as best as they can. But guilt does not help anyone ever feel good so that is why I never judge anyone for how they eat. :)

I loved it! I learned some things about you and I really admire you even more now. Great job on the interview!

Thanks Birdpress! I’m glad you survived reading it. LOL. And thanks although I don’t think I’m worthy of admiration. I think many people in my position choose to try remaining positive because hey, you gotta keep living while you’re here and why be a miserable old fart and waste it? So you just keep on keeping on. I do have my miserable moments though, as my husband TGH will gladly tell you. But as I said, I don’t like to dwell on that stuff. LOL. :)

You are so worthy of admiration! :P
I honored you with an award in my last post, so go get it. :D

Aw, you really are a sweetie! Thanks so much for the award. It is a beauty and I love it! Will post about it in the next day or two. :)

Oh, and I meant to also say - I LOVE your blog name. :)

Thanks! :) I just read up on how yours was named too and I think it is totally appropriate! You really are “lightening” on your life’s journey. I love it! :) :) :)

    I Loooooved your interview!
    I knew I would.

You are so awesome! Thanks for being the first (and second and third, LOL) commentator on my interview! It was nice to see one of my old pals was the first to read it. :)

Enjoyed the interview … and of course, always your own blog … and I’m sorry for what you’ve been through. Can’t wait to see your new project!

Don’t blink then! I just posted about it. Join in on the guessing! :)

So nice to see some of those who have been following the interviews getting around and visiting other blogs. that was the object of the excercise, to encourage others towards some quality blogs. I know I don’t comment a lot here, but you do come into my reader and I read everything. It’s that damned thing called life gets in the way is the problem!
You did a great job with your interview and i thnak you for not only stepping up, but for your candour and enthsiasm as well
    Cheers
    Maureen

Oh, I understand the life thing, Maureen - we all get that. I’m flattered to be in your reader! Thanks for doing the interview - it was a nice refreshing exercise. I feel like I got a lot off my chest and I didn’t even have to pollute my own site to do it. LOL. You’re one in a million! Hugs to you! :)

Great interview. It was so nice that they chose you.

I’m not sure I was really “chosen.” Sometimes all it takes is to ask or to just be hanging out at the right place at the right time. Don’t be shy, Ariell, if you ever want to be included in these things. Bloggers are the most accepting people! :)
