Need a Little Pick-Me-Up?

Posted on August 8, 2008 - Filed Under Video

This is a video that always makes me smile and I was reminded about it when I saw this post at JavaQueen14’s site. And although it makes me smile and laugh sometimes, I totally think this kid is awesome and talented. Where was he back in my clubbing days? ;) I would have had a blast! Anyway, I hope this helps if you needed a little pick me up. Enjoy!

    Funny.

PS: Your blog template is broken! :O

Well it was. I sawd it wiff my own eyes!

You’re right - but I fixed it. You were so fast in getting here that you saw the broken one! LOL

I always wonder how real those hidden camera videos are, but that one was pretty funny anyway.

I really think I would have had fun dancing with that guy. That’s the kind of dance music I like. Guess I’m dating myself here but well, TGH and I are married so he doesn’t date me anymore. ;)

Just think, in another couple of years, or sooner, this guy might be a fighter pilot. Top Gun!

LOL. Well, if he can do those moves with a plane, he’s golden! ;)

True story, Teeni, I have never seen this video before. I was at my mom’s tonight for taco night. A friend of my mom’s was there and she was telling me about this video a friend of her’s had shown her and how funny it was. I just got home from my taco night adventure and started catching up on my blog reading. Your’s was the third one in the lineup tonight. I see you have a video… I give it a click and immediately realize it is the same video my mom’s friend was just talking about. 8O WEIRD!!! But really good timing. Thanks Teeni. ;)

Wow - that is freaky because I first saw this clip a long time ago but it makes me happy every time I see it. I’m glad I finally decided to post it to share with anyone else who might enjoy it. Oh, and hooray for taco night at mom’s house. Those are the best! :)

This is so funny, I got a great chuckle out of this! Ha! Ha! Ha! Yes, we all need these laughs! Thanks Teeni!

No problem, buddy! Laughs and smiles are for sharing. :)

HaAHHAHAH do I need a pick me up? I need alot more than that ;)

Yeah, I guess you need more of a bulldozer these days, huh? ;)

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Well, that certainly explains a lot about Air Force officers. Aim High! LMAO!

LOL - Glad you enjoyed it, DL! Don’t you just want to dance with him though? I DO!!! :)

Where’s the pick me up in that? That’s just so very disturbing. Either he picked the wrong career, which is sad, or we’re just back to it being disturbing…

Oh, you KNOW you were smiling the whole way through that. And I bet you were tapping your foot too! ;)

Teeni can dance? For that meme can I be singing thesong?

Sure, you can be singing. Now you have me all curious! :)

Wow. That was very entertaining. Thanks, Teeni. I just laughed for about 15 minutes straight! I had to watch it twice. I fully expected him to ‘churn butter’…but nope, not quite.

I have to admit, I love the old school dance music and even have the song on my iPod. For shame.

Awesome! There’s nothing better than this kind of upbeat tune to dance to. These tunes are my favorites! They make me too happy to be ashamed of myself. :) :) :)

Teeni, that was GREAT! What a fun guy!
Well too bad you didn’t know US in your clubbing days as H is a fantastic dancer just like this kid..
(One of my FAV dance tunes too!)
    Thanks for the smile!
    ((hugs))

I’m so glad you enjoyed it. Yes, this is definitely the type of music I get moving to when I am dancing by myself or just working in the kitchen. Oh, you are lucky to have a dancing man! :)

    Nice.
I played the song for years in clubs and almost can’t bear to hear it.
I’m wondering if you’ve actually seen me play?
    DownEast? Windsong? Cats?
    Underground Balloon Corps?
    Any names sound familiar?
If they do, then you have.
    ~m

None of those names sound familiar to me, but to be honest, I have an awful memory and really my clubbing days were kind of short. I loved to dance but I wasn’t a big drinker or party animal. Maybe I need to make up for some lost time. LOL. I just asked TGH though and he thought DownEast sounded familiar. Do you ever play anywhere now?

Oh, you KNOW you were smiling the whole way through that. And I bet you were tapping your foot too!

Sorry, but no. Though I did like that song. C+C Music Factory. But, my musical tastes tend to be earlier. Though I’m not necessarily stuck there. I still like some current stuff too.

Oh, and I did the meme you tagged me with, so you can see more of the songs I like. I did more than one. You know how I am with rules…

Oh well, I smiled enough for both of us then! ;) I’m going to check your meme now, you rebel, you! LOL.

That is a nice video to watch. Thanks. I have come here via Mike Goads’ Exit78.com blog where you have mentioned that you can provide a link to book readers who recommend books to each other. Would it be possible to send it to me please?

I find this blog quite interesting and intend visiting it often and perhaps commenting on some posts. I invite you to do the same in mine.

Well, hello and welcome to the Vaguetarian Tea Room. Mike Goad is a really nice and smart person, as well as talented. I love his photos! I’ve responded through your contact form at your blog and sent you the link! Nice to meet you! :)

Okay the day I get out of the hospital I am doing it!

    Okay, no pressure.

I have seen this before.. but enjoyed watching it again!

This one is definitely one that I would watch over again. Sometimes they need to be brought back onto the radar. I’m glad you re-enjoyed it! ;)

Hey white boy, get your funk on. That was hilarious. He was having so much fun that all I could do was giggle. Yeah, we definitely need to kidnap him and go clubbing. What a scream.
    Annie

I wonder what he’s doing now? Choreographing plane moves in the air force, maybe? :)

LOVED THIS! God, it’s good to see normal kids having fun. Sooo funny and adorable. Great post, thank you!

See? I knew somebody needed to see that! And I love it too! :)
