Bucket List Meme

Witchypoo tagged me for a bucket list meme. Yup - just like the movie, The Bucket List! For this meme, you have to come up with a list of eight things you want to accomplish before you die. I had to think about this and I’m sure there are more but here are eight things I’d like to do.
- Travel to see more of the world and maybe meet some blogger buddies while I’m at it.
- Get my breast reconstructed.
- Own my own business - maybe a real tea room!
- See my house renovations completely finished.
- See my family all settled in homes of their own and doing well.
- Learn to play the piano.
- Learn hairdressing.
- Tell the medical examiner he is wrong when he pronounces me dead.
Now, I tag the following people because I’d really be interested in seeing what things they would like to accomplish on their Bucket Lists, if they can participate. As always, no pressure. If anyone else wants to join in, go ahead and steal the meme. But please give me a link back so I can check your list out too! I’m nosy like that. Thanks!

Oooh - you know how to play? I’m so jealous. I’ve always wanted to learn or take lessons but I can’t justify the cost yet. Thanks about that last one. Who wants to die, right? So I’ll just keep that one in my back pocket. LOL.

All your other ambitions sound eminently achieveable - except perhaps the last one - fingers crossed & keep extending that list!
Well, I own THIS tea room. LOL. But not a real life version of it. I think I’d go for Victorian as a decorating scheme but not too frou-frou because men like tea too and I don’t think they should have to feel uncomfortable going for tea (maybe it’s just American men who would feel uncomfortable, then again, I shouldn’t generalize like that). It should be a pretty tea parlour but not too cluttered with dainty things. How’s that? LOL. Or maybe a country cottage type tea room would be nice. Yeah, that’s more my style. Not too strict because I like comfort and want everyone to feel at ease when they visit. Boy I could plan it all day in my head.

I love number 8! “Learn hairdressing” is kind of different too. Maybe you could open a “tea room” styled hair salon!
LOL. Waiter, there’s a hair in my tea! heehee. Oooh-Oooh, when I tip them back in the chair to wash their hair I could sing the I’m a Little Teapot song, the part about “tip me over, pour me out.” LOL. Okay, now I’m just getting silly.

one thing ive learned is that #4 is a pipe dream.. as soon as you think you are done, you will start all over again.. its unending..

Do I ever want to finish a list of all the things I want to do before I die? Nuh-UH! Because then there’s only one thing left to do and I aint ready for that. LOL.

I know. Eight doesn’t seem like enough. In my rules, you get to add another item if you ever happen to see any of the items completed. That way you always have a running list.

A tea room sounds fantastic- I’m still planning to open my own used bookstore/tea room after I win the lottery (or the kids grow up).

That is awesome. Oh, great idea to have a combination used bookstore and tea room! Those two would make a winning pair. I’m definitely visiting your tea room when you get it going! Keep me posted!
